Governance Plan 2021
From 2021 through 2023, all GOSH elections were for electing the GOSH Community Council, and the plans for doing so were called Governance Plans.
As referred to in this forum thread, the 2021 Governance Plan for electing the first GOSH Community Council is published here:

Future versions of the Plan will be recorded and linked to as new posts in this thread. In other words, the latest post in this thread will link to the latest version of the GOSH Election Plan.
