Response to spam posts on GOSH Forum

Hi GOSH Community,

I apologize for the influx of spam messages the GOSH Forum received today. I am letting the community know that I have temporarily set the ability to create posts and reply to users with a trust level of 1. This should hopefully prevent bots from posting; however, this is just a quick fix, and I will work with our system administrators to find a more long-term solution!

For those wondering about Trust Levels please see:

Users can get to trust level 1 without posting, so this doesn’t block new users from joining. It just means they need to do a bit of reading before posting (but after they create their account!)
