Building on @Juliencolomb’s recent post about his Hardware Documentation Guide, I am excited to announce that the next GOSH Community Call (Thursday, November 20 @ 12:00 UTC) will feature him and his work to support strong OSH documentation. Julien will share highlights from the guide and invite conversation on how documentation supports access, reuse, and extensibility.
Together, we’ll look at what’s working, where challenges persist, and how the community can develop shared approaches that make documentation more sustainable and rewarding.
Please join us, and bring your examples, questions, and reflections.
Hi all! I am just posting a quick reminder that our next GOSH Community Call is happening this Thursday, November 20 @ 12:00 UTC.
Following @Juliencolomb’s recent post about his Hardware Documentation Guide, Julien will join us to share insights from the guide and open a discussion on how strong documentation supports access, reuse, and extensibility across open hardware projects.
Together, we’ll dig into what’s working, where challenges remain, and how the community can build more sustainable, shared approaches to documentation. We look forward to seeing you there!
We had a lovely Community Call with @Juliencolomb earlier today, ending with some really thoughtful conversation about the role of community in maintaining not just documentation, but open source projects and initiatives themselves. The recording is up on Youtube, so be sure to add it to your watchlist, and of course check out the Hardware Documentation Guide itself if you haven’t already!
