Hi, I am Miguel (@_mxochicale on twitter).

I am currently Research Associate at King’s College London within the School of Biomedical Engineering and Imaging Sciences where I am pushing forward the state-of-the-art in the areas of
real-time AI with Ultrasound Imaging and ultrasound-guided procedures. My research interests are in the creation of Real-time and automatic Signal and Image Processing techniques in the context of Human-Robot Interaction, Wearables in Medicine, Ultrasound-Guided Interventions, Medical Robotics, Biomechanics, and Research Software Engineering and Open Science.

I have passion for Open Science meaning that I open-sourced all my contributions to knowledge in my GitHub @mxochicale. For example, my PhD thesis is the first Open Access and 100% reproducible since the establishment of the University of Birmingham in 1900 (https://mxochicale-phd.github.io/site/). I am founder of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Children which aim to teach for free AIR4Children and I am looking for like-minded human beings who can contribute to it (https://github.com/air4children).
