There is a lot of overlap of individuals, global idea of it, regional events, governance of a distributed community, and much more.
I personally was only a little bit involved on a regional futures call for “Asia”, aswell as a “history and funding call” for the European community labs. There are various whatsapp group, slack channels and whatsoever. please ping here if you wanna get involved.
