Ever wondered how the GOSH community governs itself, or how you could get more involved?
Join us for a special GOSH Community Call on Friday, June 6 at 12:00 UTC to learn more about the GOSH Community Council - the elected group of volunteers who help steward our shared values, support key programs, and shape the future of open science hardware.
Featured speakers include current Council members Saad Chinoy, Lara Jatar, Karl Kaddu, and Sakti Subramanian, who will share their experiences, talk about the importance of community-led governance, and answer your questions about the role and the upcoming Council elections.
Whether you’re a longtime GOSH contributor or brand new to the community, this call is a great opportunity to learn how leadership in GOSH works and how you can play a part in it.
Just bumping this back up to remind you of our next Community Call, taking place tomorrow (June 6) at 12:00 UTC.
We’ll be talking all about the GOSH Community Council - what it does, why it matters, and how you can get involved in the upcoming election. If you’ve ever thought about stepping into a leadership role in GOSH, this is the perfect chance to learn more and ask questions.
Thank you for letting me know that registration was closed! There was an odd setting activated in the background - I turned that off and it reopened registration. This said, I do see your name among the list of registrants and have also sent (via email) a link that should work to get you dialed in directly. Thanks so much for your interest! If you’re not able to join us, I’ll send you the recording and would be happy to answer any questions you have via email.
Thanks to everyone who joined our Community Call on the GOSH Community Council and the upcoming election cycle!
