Turning a fitness tracker into a generic biochemical sensor

Hi Everyone,

I would like to share our recent research on hacking a generic fitness sensor as for continuous monitoring of bacterial growth. You can find more details about our work in the following article in Analytical Chemistry. After our research was published, we got request to build a few devices. I would be very grateful if you share your suggestions on this and how to go forward. In general, the generic fitness sensors can be used as biochemical sensors for various sensing applications. So, I am interetsed to what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing . :+1: that’s was dope

Thank you! Great work!
We are probably going to try your concepts in our lab with mixed cultured bacteria, it’s a great idea!

Cheers!

Thank you

I am happy to help, if you need any further info.
