The governance is git oriented. The communication and managing tool is explicit, it’s part of “how to solve a problem”.
That’s something we have to decide: should we propose a model that consider the forum as main tool? Git? Write a tool-independent model?
For reflection: the “Controversial decision process” is basic “conversation”, it means it lacks structure, or it allowds autonomy?
