I’m privileged to be able to work on a lot of open hardware projects as part of my academic research at the University of Bath. I’ve now got the chance to take on a PhD student to work on some of this stuff too - there’s an advert on findaphd.com if you’re interested. Unfortunately the funding is only available to EU students (I’m not saying UK or EU, because we’ve not left yet), but if you are interested in doing a PhD at Bath and not an EU national, feel free to get in touch anyway and we can look for other scholarships.
