I would like to share my project during 2022 - 2024, It’s one of the KNACKSAT-2 payloads that I made to be a Payload for the satellite. So, We making a Home-Made Radiation Shield and compare it with non-Shield, By Using RADFET (MOSFET that specifilialy design for Radiation exposing) using Varadis RM-VT03-A (Welcome to Varadis | Our Product Range) by using constant current to RADFET when it expose to radiation,the current will flow more as it expose to radiation and SD card as well, We use Raspbery Pi Pico for Main communicate with Main Sattlelite bus; currently sattlelite is on hold due to regulation with NBTC to be release at KIBO Module At ISS

I’m not sure that do this as a workshop in this case mean like bring this project to your student or something? I think you are free to folk or try edit Gerber file in this case? If that case you are free to do so, But the initial cost is very high due to RadFET is very expensive (My team managed to lost entire 15 piece in box during storage and 1 on floor)
or I’m one student in this project (So this project is only contain vocational school student (at that time), our professor was only advisor in this project)
Someone (I forget whom… hopefully they will chime in) from the Shenzhen Gathering held a workshop to build a radiation detector from PIN diodes. There are a few such circuits floating around out there, and they are not difficult. PIN diodes are not expensive. Here is a paper on it.
That workshop and paper interesting! However,since people in my project is scattered and submitted, I don’t think my project can change design for now. But Thanks for the paper!
