Open Source Environmental (OHS2025 followup)

At the end of the Open Source Environmental panel session and discussion at the Open Hardware Summit 2025, we pointed the group towards this forum.

There were several environmental sensing presentations in the main talk track as well - MothBox, and a impressive range of sensor/AI projects from DSAIL in Kenya

I’m creating this topic in case people come to the forum looking for it. There definitely seemed like enough wider interest for a GOSH / OSHWA special event on open source hardware for environmental research…
