It is not Photosynq, it is Li-Cor stuff, old model 64000, they have also new 68000, very pricey instrument, i also noticed their other instruments on other pictures…

There have been a flurry of stories, I think based on a USDA project that has outputted some material recently, about the impact of CO2 on food nutrition. But no, none of this is PhotosynQ.
