Epistemic diversity in open research communities

With help from my co-author @briannaljohns, some inspiration from @laola, and feedback from the Turing Way, Nowhere Lab, and FORRT communities, I gave a lightning talk at the FOSDEM 2024 Open Research Online Devroom on February 10, 2024. The topic was on how do we better represent epistemic diversity in open research?
